Job Description
  • Lead DevOps Engineer - Leeds/Remote - Up to £85,000

    An opportunity has arisen for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join one of the UK's largest tech firms who is a leading in their market. You will lead a squad, perform day-to-day coaching of direct reports and other general line management activities. This includes collaborating on development plans, having regular 1:1s and undertaking continuous feedback performance management. You will also be exposed to a range of technologies to build, configure and deploy services in Chef, AWS, Jenkins, Kafka and more.

    Key Skills & Responsibilities:

    • Drive the technical vision within the team
    • Building and owning CI/CD Pipelines
    • Confident with Infrastructure as code and release strategies
    • Work with a multiple internal stakeholders and teams
    • Encourage autonomy within the team
    • Drive collaboration in multi-disciplinary squads
    • Lead by example and set a clear direction


    Salary & Benefits:

    • Up to £85,000 basic salary
