Filling a Senior Management role for the CIO of a market-leading software solutions provider

The CIO of a company that provides market leading software solutions to the UK’s retail sector approached us about a Senior Management role he needed to fill.

The CIO had been working with two other recruitment agencies for quite some time, and had interviewed a number of candidates who hadn’t met the standard he required for this Senior role.

The role was assigned to our Senior Appointments team, who were able to call on an existing strong network of potential candidates suitable for the role.

This personal knowledge of the market and key individuals within it meant that we were able to provide a shortlist of four unique candidates within just one week.

The company interviewed two of our candidates and offered one the vacant role of Head of Delivery who is now successfully fulfilling this role.
