The Development Manager was working with recruitment agencies near one of the company’s regional office. The local agencies weren’t delivering the calibre of candidates he required, and after a recommendation from his existing developers he approached us to help source some high calibre, experienced permanent IT developers.
We quickly provided a shortlist of candidates, three of whom were hired – and went on to become Senior Developers in the team.
After this recruitment campaign’s success we were introduced to other hiring managers within the organisation and quickly became their preferred IT recruitment supplier for a number of roles. We developed excellent relationships with all their key managers – often working outside a recruitment partner’s normal remit.
Over the past five years we’ve worked closely with the IT Director to help them grow their entire IT function. This included helping them to recruit the Senior Management team, who all became Head of Functions.
We then worked with those Managers to help them shape and grow their own individual teams across Development, Testing, Project Management, Business Analysis, Infrastructure, Security and Support.
We managed the entire recruitment process for them, ensuring they only interviewed well qualified and suitable candidates – saving them time, effort and money throughout their recruitment process.
We’ve also run assessment days for them in our offices due to the volume of candidates they were looking to source. This let the company identify and select multiple candidates for roles in just one day.
Overall we have now placed more than 120 IT professionals into this organisation, across all levels from Head of Development to their IT support staff.
