Placing infrastructure systems specialists for one of Europe’s largest corporate law firms within six weeks

We were approached by one of Europe’s largest and most prestigious law firms when they were struggling to recruit for a number of highly specialised IT infrastructure roles.

After spending several months working with other agencies, the law firm were failing to identify the calibre of candidates they needed for their organisation.

We started by taking time out to study the complexity of the requirements needed for the specific job roles, and met with the company to fully appreciate their expectations. This meant we could draw up an accurate skills profile for the roles and use it to benchmark suitable candidates.

This level of planning meant that the resulting recruitment campaign saw the placement of a number of Infrastructure Systems Specialists in less than six weeks.
