Sourcing & Social 4.0

Sourcing & Social is a Leeds based event for in-house Recruitment and HR Professionals. This is a great opportunity to learn from two speakers relevant to our industry, as well as being able to come together with others in the industry to share knowledge, experiences and best practice.

Our next session will be on Wednesday 13th September at the Doubletree Hilton Leeds, 8.30am complimentary breakfast with the first speaker at 9.00am (finishing at c. 11.00am). Throughout the mornings session we will be exploring an update on the Leeds tech staffing market, how to set up an apprenticeship scheme including hearing from some recent apprentices who work in tech and finally how GDPR will impact recruitment and HR activities.

Mark will be exploring the impact GDPR will have on recruitment and HR activities within any organisation. With the risk of huge penalties (up to 4% of global t/o or £20m) for any breach of GDPR,   this will be a brilliant opportunity to understand the potential impact this regulation will have on your company.
