My client is a dynamic leading services organisation and they are currently seeking a Development Team Leader to be responsible for a number of developers working on either new projects or adding enhancements to the existing solution.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background and have extensive development skills in C#/ASP.NET 3.5 and SQL Server. In additional to these technical skills you will have extensive team leadership skills ideally with experience of leading a team of 6 - 8+ developers and able to provide technical direction/leadership; allocating work load; mentor junior/mid-level developers and carry our reviews/appraisals.

This role would suit a hands on Development Team Leader looking for an exciting new challenge with a forward thinking company. The role will be 80% development, 20% line management.

Skills/experiences

Team leading of 6-8 developers - mentoring, work allocation, reviews/appraisals
Development - C#/ASP.Net 3.5
Strong web skills - HTML, CSS, IIS, XML, JavaScript
SQL Server 2005
Team Foundation Server
Ideally exp working in an AGILE environment
Strong verbal/written communication skills
