ROLE INFORMATION:

To ensure the business needs are properly analysed and are correctly reflected in the guidance given to the teams generating the solution. Active involvement in day to day project work to keep the solution on track to meeting requirements while facilitating communication between the developers and the business. Good overall understanding of the business and systems functionality and the effective running of workshops to understand requirements of the business and IT.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* You must have extensive experience as Business Analyst working within an Agile environment
* You will have recently been working as a BA using Agile techniques/methods
* Insurance experience is ideal however Financial Services experience would be considered
* Business Process Mapping / Re-engineering
* Experience of communicating with the business and developers
* Comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven
